The Tarmac Cards Pursuit Program (“Pursuit Program”) is sponsored by Tarmac Management Company, Inc. (“Tarmac Cards”) and is subject to, and conditioned upon, the following additional terms and conditions. To the extent that you attempt to participate in the Pursuit Program, you agree to be bound hereby. FURTHER, YOU RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE BOUNTY PROGRAM OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY RELATED ACTIVITY, AS WELL AS CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.
